I provide individual and couples therapy by the hour or for 85 minutes.
I offer a free 20- 30 minute phone consultation prior to scheduling our first session.

I am not currently able to take insurance however do offer invoice receipts if needed. You may submit receipts to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Sliding-scale fees are available based on income and access**  & we will discuss this during our phone consultation.

I offer Supervision for providers who are working on hours towards their LCSW licensure as well as Consultation for providers seeking more support in areas I have expertise in.  Supervision & Consultation are also available for 55 or 85 minutes.

COVID/public health statement: In response to the ongoing COVID pandemic I send exposure questions before all in person sessions and ask that you test before our sessions.  I will do the same. If you need access to antigen tests, I can provide you with information to access them and can also provide one for our first in person session together. Depending on your exposure the 5 days prior to our session will depend on if we can be masked or unmasked.  All interventions & skills I offer and am experienced in are just as effective when masked.
